The Email Outreach feature inside our password-protected admin area lets authorised NovoTrade administrators connect a Google account to send outreach emails and read/write Google Sheets used for campaign management. When a Google account is connected, with your explicit consent, we access:

• Your account email address (to identify the account);
• Permission to send email through Gmail on your behalf (never to read your inbox);
• Permission to view and edit the specific Google Sheets you choose for your outreach campaigns.

Access tokens are stored securely on our servers and are used only to perform the functions you request. We never sell, share or use this data for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time from the Email Outreach settings or from your Google Account's security page.

• To provide and operate the Email Outreach service you authorised;

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to revoke any Google account authorisation you have granted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
